Group class Training
AlphaStep offers four categories courses for kids & Teenagers which include; Foundational, Ninja Warrior, Fitness Builder & Sports Performance Training
Sports Specific (Intermediate)
The Sports Specific (Intermediate) courses are designed for sports teams at schools and companies, as well as private groups. The customised programmes have a systematic and data-driven training approach to improve performance and nurture elites. Participants will learn how to train throughout different stages of the sport’s season, and how to build their skills at each of those stages.
Basketball
This course will identify the key fitness components of basketball and work on these skills with the athletes. The gross/fine movement patterns will be translated into the entertaining ninja warrior setting in order to help athletes build better mechanics for their sport.

Rugby
This course provides insights to athletes on how to improve fitness levels and performance through proper training at different stages for rugby.
Age group – 8 or above
Football
This course takes players through systematic football training and prepares them for the duration of the season.
Age group - 8 or above
Volleyball
This course trains athletes’ volleyball skills through a focus on plyometric exercises, fitness and strength.
Age group - 8 or above
Badminton
This course covers all essential movements of badminton, such as muscular and cardiovascular endurance, mobility, strength, co-ordination, and jump mechanics.
Age group - 8 or above
Swimming
This course works on the specific skills for swimming, in terms of strength and conditioning, increasing athletes' performance and helping them experience training for the sport without being in the water.

Golf
This course teaches the importance of resistance training in golf, resulting in improved performance and fitness levels.
Age group - 8 or above
Tennis
This course aims to give insights on professional tennis training through building unilateral strength, agility, endurance, stability, and speed.
Age group - 8 or above
