At what age should children get involved in the courses?
Early childhood physical development is a crucial window of opportunity to set the foundation for one’s future success in sports as well as daily living, therefore experts recommend children start as early as possible. AlphaStep aims to make physical activity an integral part of every child’s day, creating positive lifelong habits that will remain with them forever, enabling them to unleash their full potential. How much activity do children need every day?
According to the World Health Organization (WHO), children and youth aged 5-17 should perform 60 minutes of moderate to vigorous intensity physical activity daily. Physical activity exceeding 60 minutes per day may provide additional health benefits.

The course based programmes are data-driven, featuring regular body composition tests, skill assessments, verbal and written coach assessments, and progress tracking.
